Gail Bolte
An experienced educator and curriculum developer, Gail Bolte has designed online, distance learning, and face-to-face professional development courses, with a focus on language and literacy. For E-learning for Educators, she developed three online courses for teachers in nine states. Ms. Bolte also contributed to the PBS Parents Bookfinder website by selecting and reviewing quality children's books for the primary grades. In addition to her work in CC&F, Ms. Bolte is an instructor of reading for K-5 teachers. Before joining EDC, she spent over 25 years teaching at the elementary level, tutoring, and launching a Reading Recovery Program. Through Teacher Corps, Ms. Bolte received her master's degree in Education from the University of Florida.
